As part of the Archdiocesan vision for Catholic education Our Lady and St. Teresa`s School joined The Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi-Academy Company in September 2022. On the 1st September 2026, Our Lady of the Magnificat merged with the Holy Spirit MAC and 5 VA primary schools to for the St Raphael the Archangel Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

In a Catholic Multi Academy Trust (CMAT) the Board of Directors is the legally accountable body for the all of its schools. The Board of Directors have three core responsibilities.

• Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
• Holding leaders to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the effective performance management of staff.
• Overseeing the financial affairs of the school

We are proud to be part of the St Raphael the Archangel CMAT, a family of Catholic Schools united in our faith and witness to Christ.  We serve our communities, working as one to enrich the learning experience of all of our young people, so that they may achieve their God-given potential.
